1-1/2 c. softened butter
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. sifted cake flour
Dash of salt
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c.chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and salt, stirring until combined. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Spray seven wide-mouth pint jars with nonstick cooking spray. Fill jars halfway and place on a cookie sheet. Bake jars at 325 degrees for 65 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and seal with sterilized lids. Invert jars for 5 minutes. Turn out of jars when ready to serve.
