3 (15 oz) cans chicken broth
1 cup celery
1 cup onions
8 T. butter
2 c. half and half
1 lg can cream of chicken soup
1 Mexican style velveeta cheese stick
1 sm can green chillies
1 sm can black olives
1 lg. can shredded chicken

Directions:
Directions:
saute celery, onions in the butter and add to the chicken broth. Add all other ingredients and cook on low heat in the crockpot for 4 hours. About 30 minutes before serving. Add 1 cup shredded co-jack cheese and nacho chips for your own taste. Can be served with crackers or nacho chips as garnish.
