2-3 lb. rib roast
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Small square tinfoil pan

Directions:
Directions:
Put the roast into the pan, sprinkle the soup over the roast - you can also add some garlic or seasoning salt, or whatever seasonings you would like. Fill the pan about half full of water, cover with tinfoil, and put on a medium heat barbeque for 1 ½ hours.
