3 c. sugar
3/4 c margarine
2/3 c. fat free evaporated milk
2 c. chocolate chips (1 pkg)
1 small jar of marshmallow cream
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt the margarine and then add the sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil stirring frequently. Attach a candy thermometer to the inside of the pan making sure the tip does not touch the bottom of the pan. Boil without stirring until the temperature reaches 234º. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in the vanilla and chocolate chips stirring until they are completely melted. Add the marshmallow cream and whip together by hand until all the cream is combined. Stir in the walnuts. Quickly, before the fudge become hardened, pour the fudge into greased pans. Cool.
