4 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 large lemons
3 cloves minced garlic
2 T chopped fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze the juice from 1 and 1/2 lemons over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle, lemon zest from the lemons. Sprinkle 1/2 of the garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper over the top of each chicken breast. Heat oil in a large pan and add chicken. Sear on both sides. When you turn the chicken the first time, add the remaining remaining spices. When both sides are brown, reduce heat and let simmer until juices run clear. Serve with a squirt of lemon and a lemon slice on each chicken breast.
