Pre mix #1 in ziploc:
1 T flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Pre-mix #2 in ziploc:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup brown sugar

Package separately:
2-3 cups dried apples (or 3 cups fresh)
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chopped apples with boiling water in 10-12" dutch oven and cover for 15 min. If too much liquid drain (2-3 Tbsp left is good) Add pre- mix #1 to apples and mix. Mix pre-mix #2 with 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples. Bake 35 min at 375º F.
Serves 6 people.
** If making with dried apples, only put in half the sugar required**
