1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add warm water to form soft dough. knead dough until all ingredients are blended well. Pat dough out on floured surface, about 1/4 inch thick. Let dough sit 5-10 minutes. Cut dough into 2 in x 3 in strips. Drop pieces of dough into hot oil. Fry until brown. Drain on paper towels.

Dip in honey or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
