1 doz. eggs
3 lbs. powdered sugar
3/4 stick olero
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. anise oil
9 c. sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients together for 1/2 hour. Just before done, add soda and anise oil. Beat in sifted flour. Roll 1/4 inch thick and cut, using springerlee board pattern. Let set overnight. Bake at 325º until done, about 10 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 dozen.
