1 frying chicken, cut up
1/4-1/3 cup flour
2 T. oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
46 oz. can tomato juice
12 oz. can tomato paste
2 T. dried parsley
2 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1 T. oregano
1/4 t. dried thyme
1/4 t. red pepper flakes (optional)
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and chicken pieces into a bag and shake to coat. Brown chicken and garlic in oil in skillet. Transfer cooked chicken pieces and garlic to slow cooker. Mix together tomato juice, tomato paste, parsley, sugar, salt, oregano, thyme, and bay leaf. Pour over chicken and garlic. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
