16 oz Hyrogen Peroxide
1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon dishing washing liquid

Mix in a spray bottle and shake well. Spray on area and let dry. If it still smells like urine repeat and let dry. This is an excellent recipe because the hydrogen peroxide breaks down the proteins in the urine and the baking soda and dishwashing liquid combined help with the smell. It is the best product I have ever used to eliminate cat odor.
