6 medium zucchini squash
1 cup cheese cut in small pieces
1 small onion, grated
1 lg clove garlic minced
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Par boil zucchini. Drain. Combine all ingredients. Place in ungreased casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
