1 clove garlic, chopped
2 T. olive oil
4 salmon fillets
1/2 c. butter
2 T. worcestershire sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. fines herbs
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chopped garlic and olive oil for 1 1/2 minutes. Heat butter in sauce pan and add the garlic oil. Remove from heat and stir in worcestershire, lemon juice, wine, pepper, garlic, and fines herbs. Place salmon in pan. Spoon 1/3 cup butter mixture over salmon. Broil for 3 minutes, then baste. Continue turning and basting the salmon every 3 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
