1 onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic
1 cup sliced celery
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
dash pepper
1 large can tomato juice
1 can clams
1 can shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of white wine
1 soup can milk
1 soup can water
1 cube chicken broth
2 oz. uncooked alphabits for soup
1 lb. turbet (cod) cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, garlic and celery in oil. Add liquids and seasonings. Add alphabits and simmer in covered pan about 15 minutes. Add clams, shrimp, crab and fish, juice and all, and simmer another 10 minutes. You can adjust the amount of tomato juice to your own taste. Great for winter days and unexpected company of watching ball games!
