1 beef or pork roast
1 jar of favorite picante sauce
salt, pepper and garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast and other ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high 5-8 hours. Serve with tortillas, hot rolls or whatever you like.
Suggestions: 5 layer Mexican dip and chips, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, onions., beans, avacados, corn.
