Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Graham crackers, Kroger brand
3 sticks of salted butter
3/4 c. sugar
3-4 oz. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Using a cookie sheet with sides, butter lightly, then fill pan with one single layer of graham crackers, about 24 single crackers. In a saucepan, melt butter slowly; add sugar and cook, stirring frequently until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to boil stirring constantly for 7-10 minutes until mixture becomes thickened and a light toffee color. Mixture will begin to separate. Pour mixture over crackers in pan and spread evenly. It may seem a little difficult to spread due to the separation of toffee from the butter, but it will even out a little more while cooking in the oven. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the mixture. Place in oven and bake 10-12 minutes. Remove immediately from pan onto foil, cut with a sharp knife while still warm or you can break into pieces after cooled.

You can top with a melted 8 oz. Hershey chocolate bar with a little paraffin added as soon as cookies are removed from oven.
