1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
3 c. pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and orange juice to softball stage. Remove from heat, add pecans. Stir until mixture is cloudy. Drop each pecan on wax paper and let harden.

Keep mixture hot by placing it in another pan of hot water while coating pecans, as mixture thickens very quickly.
