1 lb. fettuccine noodles
1/2 lb. butter
1 pint cream
1 egg yolk
2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noddles and drain. Place in warm serving bowl. Blend butter, cream and egg yolk. Heat and add to noodles. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and mix again until the butter is completely dissolved and pasta is well coated. Sprinkle with minced parsley. Serve at once.
