3 packages of large lady fingers
1/2 c kahlua (coffee liqueur)
4 sq / oz dark chocolate
1/2 strong coffee
250 gm cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c milk
1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c whipping cream
cocoa

increase the filling depending on size of springform pan and # of people serving

Arrange half lady fingers in the bottom of the pan, cut to fit
Drizzle with 2 tbsp liqueur

Melt chocolate and coffee in a heavy saucepan, coll to room temp.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar, gradually beat in milk.
Heat 1/4 c liqueur with gelatin sprinkled over, heat until melted. Beat into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream.

Pour half of chocolate mixture over the cookies, add half of the cream cheese mix. add another layer of lady fingers, chocolate and cream cheese mix.

Refrigerate overnight, sprinkle with cocoa powder to serve.

Awesome, really easy to make.
The chocolate will mixture will be runny, this is okay, the moisture is absorbed by the cookies.
