16 oz. jar of Tomatillo Salsa
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 medium onion, chopped
Colby Jack Cheese
10 Tortillas
1 lb. chicken breast or pulled chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until light brown; add chicken and cook until done. Mix heavy cream and Tomatillo Salsa in a bowl. Fill tortillas with chicken, cheese and drizzle with a little of the salsa; roll up and place in casserole dish. Pour rest of salsa mix on top of the enchiladas. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
