1 c. sugar plus 2 T., divided use
1/3 c. flour, all purpose
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
15 oz. pkg. refrigerated pastry for double crust
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Stir together 1 c. sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add peaches, tossing gently. Place pastry in a 9" pie plate; dot pastry with butter; add peach mixture; cover with top crust; cut slits in the top; seal and crimp the edges of the crusts. Sprinkle top with remaining 2 T. sugar. Cover with foil and bake 35-45 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of bake time.
