splash of milk
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. Jack cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add milk and salt & pepper; pour into non-stick pan. Stir to allow even cooking of egg mix. When mixture is still a little "wet", add cheese; mix together with eggs until melted and eggs are done but not dry.
