1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2c. chopped onions
1/2c. chopped celery
1 c. flour
6 c. cold milk
4 chicken buoillon cubes
2 lbs. frozen California-Blend vegetables
2 c. water
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp. Accent seasoning mix.

Directions:
Melt butter and margarine in dutch oven or large soup pot. saute onions and celery. gradually add flour, stirring well, until all flour is incorporated. Gradually add milk, stirring well. To this mixture, add the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until heated through.
