1 c. Hungry Jack complete buttermilk mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. flaxseed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, making sure batter is not too thin. Heat canola oil or vegetable oil in a non-stick pan until hot. Pour a spoonful of batter into prepared pan and, without touching the batter in pan, let it set until the edges cook and the middle is bubbling; then turn and finish cooking; each should be golden brown on both sides.
