"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 Qt Any fruit juice or Gatorade.
Frozen lemonade: optional

Directions:
You make about 6 cups of Mysa for every batch of Skyr cheese you make. It can be stored in a sealed container at room temperature or in the fridge almost indefinitely. Vikings used it to pickle food or as a drink since it has highly digestible proteins. Mix the Mysa and juice in equal parts. The Frozen Lemonade is for taste if you don't like the flavor.
