Cake:
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
20oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
Icing:
8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine or butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Cream sugar and shortening with mixer; add eggs and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix along with the pineapple. Bake at 350º in a 9"x13" cake pan for 35-40 minutes.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients until creamy. Ice cake while still hot.
