1 lb. hamburger
1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce (2 cups)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Basel
1 (17oz.) package of macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. American cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, and drain. Add tomato sauce, seasonings, and 1/2 c. water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a 2 quart casserole pan, layer 1/2 each macaroni, cottage cheese, cheese, and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cook at 375º for 30 minutes.
