2 cans chopped sauerkraut, undrained
1-1 1/2 boiled pork (1 large pork chop)
2 small potatoes, chunked
1 small onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pork until tender and chill broth overnight to skim off excess fat. Add all ingredients to boiling broth and cook until potatoes are tender.
