1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
1 small box chocolate instant pudding
1 small box vaniklla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil

Filling:Double it
2 T. cocoa
2 t. water
1 t. butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cake: Beat all ingredients together. Add 6 ozs. chocolate chuncks. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-1 hour. Cool 15 minutes then turn over.

Filling:
Combine 1st 3 ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar. Spread over cake.
