1 butter cake mix (yellow Duncan Hines
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 small can Mandarin oranges including juice
Icing:
1- 16 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 small pkge instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 large cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Blend well and beat at high speed 4-5 minutes
Pour into three 8 inch greased floured pans
Bake at 350º until tooth pick test comes clean
Icing:
Blend ingredients well and let stand while cake is baking. When cake is cool
and removed from pans, spread between layers and on top and sides
Keep refrigerated.
You can use a 9x13 greased floured pan and sprinkle coconut on top of icing.
