5 lb. potatoes, pared and quartered
2 (3oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain well. Mash until smooth with potato masher or electric mixer. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper, and butter. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Place in a greased casserole pan. If made ahead, can cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
To serve, dot with butter, and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
