2 pkgs. Cotton Picken Cornbread Mix
55oz. Swanson's chicken broth (15oz. broth from cooked chicken)
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 sticks butter
3 T. sage
2 eggs
4 slices white bread (moistened)
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
1 small whole hen or chicken, cooked (reserve 15oz. of broth)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread mix per package instructions; set aside. Cook hen or chicken; debone and reserve 15oz. of broth. In a deep pan, sauté onion and celery in butter. Combine all other ingredients. Add the Swanson broth until the dressing is the consistency of wiggly jello. Pour into a 13"x9" pan. Cook for 1 1/4 hours at 325º.
