1/2 head leaf lettuce
1/2 bunch fresh spinach
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. frozen English peas
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
2 8oz. cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the first 9 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar; spread this dressing evenly over the salad, sealing to the edges of the bowl. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
