1 tsp. lawry salt
1 tomato, chopped
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. greenonions, or chives

Lettuce or romaine
croutons or preferably melba toast
Directions:

Make dressing and refrigerate.
Mix together salad and serve with dressing.
