Pie Crust
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded Gruyere or Swiss
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. 1/2 and 1/2
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fry Bacon. Drain and set aside.
Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over the shell.
In large bow, whishk eggs until blended. Whisk in 1/2 and 1/2, nutmeg, and salt.
Stir in bacon and remaining cheese. Pour egg mixture into shell.

Bake pie shell first for about 10 minutes.

Bake quiche for 30-35 minutes on 350.
