1 c. plus 6 T. butter, creamed
8 ozs. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
3 c. cake flour, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating mixture after each egg. Add flour and vanilla; mix well. Pour batter in 2 large loaves that have been buttered and sugared. Place in COLD oven at 325 degrees. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
