5 bay leaves
2 tsp oregano
5 tbsp Real-Lemon
dash of garlic
1 to 2 tsp black pepper
salt if desired
enough water to keep meat moist (about inch off bottom of pan

Cook all ingredients 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Remove bay leaves, fat and bone, and shred meat. Return to pan with liquid and reheat. Serve on hot french bread or hard rolls
