1 package of pasta ( shell, elbow, or spiral)
1 c small tomatoes olives
1 bunch broccoli salt and pepper
3 carrots sliced
1 onion chopped
I small head of cauliflower
4-5 sweet mini peppers
1-2 lemon
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to desired state. Juice lemon or lemons; add garlic and olive oil. I do not measure it so just add to your taste. I would guess that I use 3 garlic cloves, 2 lemons and 1/2 c oil but am not sure so taste. (You can use Italian salad dressing if you prefer). Chop, slice or separate vegies and put into bowl. Add can of olives if you choose (I do). Pour oil over and mix. It is good to eat at room temperature or chilled.
