1 loaf bread dough, frozen
Deli ham, thinly sliced
Pepperoni
Provolone cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese
1 C. mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg yolk, beaten

Directions:
Let dough rise until doubled (4-6 hours). Roll into a 15X12 inch rectangle. Arrange meats and cheese in the middle of dough leaving a 2 inch border; sprinkle on the spices. Roll up dough and seal the seams and ends. If FREEZING: wrap with plastic wrap, then foil. Thaw and proceed. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes, until done. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
