1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 6)
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 cube chicken bouillon dissolved in 1 c. water
1- 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
2- 15 oz cans cream style corn
1 pkg white chicken chili seasoning mix
1- 15 oz can black beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Serve with corn chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
