36 Chicken Drumettes
1 t. Ginger
½ C. Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Pineapple Juice
1 C. Beer
1 Clove Garlic
2 T. Minced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add Chicken wings. Marinate at least 1 hour (overnight is much better). Drain well. Fry wings in small amount of cooking oil till slightly browned. Add 1/4 to ½ C. marinade and cover. Simmer until tender. Serve warm in chafing dish.
