1 lb. Butter
1 C. Brown sugar (packed)
4 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and mix in brown sugar. Add 4 C. of flour and mix with fork. Add more flour (not more than ½ C.) until when kneading with your hands, the dough will not stick. Divide into 3 balls. Press into round cake pan bake at 325o , 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
