1 bag of shredded coleslaw mix
2 or 3 carrots
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar

Mix sauce and set aside. Mix all other ingredients and pour sauce into slaw and mix well.
