1 stick of butter
2 c. sugar
4 T. powdered cocoa
1/2 c. milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, over medium heat, mix together butter, sugar, cocoa, milk and salt. Bring to a rolling bowl. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, peanut butter; blend well. Add oatmeal and stir, stir, stir until mixture begins to thicken. Pour onto a buttered dinner plate to set up and harden. Cut into bite-size squares.
