1 large chuck roast or pork loin browned
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 bottle chili powder
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 onion, chopped
5 whole garlic pods, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
8 fresh green chilies, chopped
1 large can Las Palmas red sauce

Directions:
Directions:
When browning roast, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt on all sides. Place in slow cooker add remaining ingredients and cook on low all day. Shred meat and return to slow cooker. If you don't have much juice, add another can Las Palmas to the meat.
