1 lb. stew meat or roast chopped in small pieces, floured and browned
2 tbsp. worcheshire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
5 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
4 pods garlic chopped
1 cup fresh green beans cut into small pieces
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small can V-8 juice
1/2 large minced onion
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. cajun seasoning
1/2 pkg. brussel sprouts
8 pepperocinni chopped
8 fresh green chilies roasted and diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 c. red bell pepper roasted
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. frozen green peas
1/2 c. fresh cilantro chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Place browned meat and all other ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low until all the vegetables are tender.
