1 rotisserie chicken (deboned)
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 chopped onion sautéed
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. sour cream
10 roasted green chilies chopped and seeded
1 large can green or red chili sauce
1 bag grated cheese
12 corn tortillas
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soften tortillas in hot oil, pour a little enchilada sauce in bottom of casserole pan. Mix chicken, onion, soups, sour cream, green chilies together. Place chicken mixture in center of corn tortilla and roll, place in casserole pan, repeat process until all gone. Top with enchilada sauce, cheese and green onions. You can use flat tortillas and layer if preferred. Bake at 350º until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
