1 lb. ground sausage
8 oz. bag Herb Stuffing Mix
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9"x13" dish. Pour stuffing mix into dish, pressing down slightly to make an even layer; set aside. In skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown sausage, drain. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over stuffing mix. Place in blender: eggs, soup, milk, and dry mustard; blend well. Carefully and evenly pour this mixture over the sausage layer. Place mushrooms in a layer on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
