1 libra carne magra, pavo o cerdo
1 paquete de (1 onza) Lawry taco especias y condimentos
11/4 tazas de agua
1/4 taza de salsa
2 paquetes de galletas de refrigerador (8 onzas)
1/2 taza (2 onzas) rallado cheddar queso

En una sartén mediana, marrón tierra carne hasta desmenuzable; escurra la grasa. Agregue agua y condimentos y especias de taco. Poner a hervir; reduzca el fuego a bajo y cocinar destapado, 10 minutos. Agregue la salsa. Galletas de separar y presione cada galleta en taza del mollete sin engrasar; en el horno de 350 º f durante 12 minutos.
