Directions:
Directions:
1. Use as much chicken as you like and poach it in water with poultry seasoning, sage, garlic, salt, peppercorns and dill. While chicken is cooking , mix Miracle Whip and Hellman's and put in freezer to make sure it's cold when it's missed with the chicken. Remove chicken when it's fully cooked. DO NOT rinse spices off of chicken. Cut into bite size chunks. Cool completely. Place in a bowl with celery and onion. Brown and drain nuts. Add to chicken mixture. Add mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper or perhaps more garlic, depending on your taste. Lastly, add dried red cherries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Personal Notes:
My mom is always adding a pinch of this or a dash of that. She never cooks with measurements! It may never taste exactly the same, but it is always a hit!!
