2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup Tabasco
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, cheddar and jack cheeses until combined. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold in the chicken and pour the mixture in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with the crumbled blue cheese and bake until hot and bubbly...about 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
